If you thought crimping irons were a thing of the 80s, think again. While crimped hair was all the rage back then, today's crimping is seen in a more subtle form – for example, you can choose to crimp individual strands to add texture and volume. The ceramic Teflon coating on our crimping iron, ROD VS6, ensures that hair doesn't stick to the surface – even if there's hairspray in it.

  • Perfect for edgy crimping
  • Temperature adjustment: 110-210°C
  • Ceramic Teflon coating ensures that hair doesn't stick to the surface

  • Three-meter rubber cord

How to use

1. Prepare Your Hair
Wash and Dry: Start with clean, dry hair. Styling damp hair with a crimping iron can cause damage.
Heat Protection: Apply a heat-protective spray or serum evenly throughout your hair to minimize heat damage.
2. Choose the Right Settings
Heat Setting: Adjust the temperature of your crimping iron according to your hair type. Use a lower setting (110-150°C) for fine or damaged hair and a higher setting (170-210°C) for thick or coarse hair.
Allow to Heat: Let the crimping iron reach the desired temperature before using it.
3. Section Your Hair
Divide Your Hair: Use hair clips to divide your hair into sections. This will help you crimp each part evenly. Start with the bottom layers and work your way up to the top layers.
Smaller Sections for More Definition: If you want more defined crimps, take smaller sections of hair.
4. Crimp Your Hair
Start at the Roots: Take a small section of hair, place it between the crimping plates near the roots, and press down firmly. Hold the crimping iron in place for about 5-10 seconds, depending on your hair type and the desired effect.
Move Down the Strand: Release the crimping iron and move it down the strand, slightly overlapping the previous crimp to create a continuous pattern.
Repeat: Continue crimping each section until you’ve achieved the desired look.
